Challenge
Classic smart-lighting systems stop at a button or an app. The task: build adaptive control that reads the user through several natural input channels at once, and unite embedded devices, computer vision, messaging protocols and AI logic into one working loop.
Solution
A multi-input system with five channels: a Telegram bot as the central entry point, voice commands via speech-to-text, MQTT messaging to ESP32/ESP8266 controllers, an HTTP interface for direct LED control, and gesture recognition through computer vision (21 hand keypoints, 32 body keypoints). A separate module reads emotion from an emoji or a photo, so the lighting adapts to the user's mood.
